Wild Orange Vinaigrette recipe

1cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1-2 drops wild orange essential oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in food processor or blender.  This dressing is good for all salads.  Store in a glass jar and it will keep in the fridge for several months.
