Don't Scratch! Use doTERRA.

Don't scratch that!  If you have brushed against a plant that is less than friendly to your skin, you'll usually figure it out fast.  It starts with the relentless itching, which turns to scratching, and can eventually lead to the spreading of poison all over the body.  Many essential oils have a calming effect on the skin.  When combined with a few other household ingredients, you can make a natural lotion to help with cases of severe itching.

What you need:

1T sea salt
1T baking soda
1 T bentonite clay
4 drops of each:  doTERRA Geranium, Lavender, Melaleuca, and Roman Chamomile
Water to form a paste.

Directions:

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix.  Slowly add water and stir until a smooth paste is achieved.  Add the essential oils,  transfer to a squeeze bottle or jar with a lid and apply where needed.
