Avocado Dip

Avocado Dip
2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 t lemon juice

1 drop doTERRA  lemon essential oil

1 T hot sauce

1/2 t minced garlic

pinch of salt


Combine all ingredients in a food processor.  Blend until smooth.  Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
